Creative Approach
For this project I developed the complete illustration system, defining both the conceptual direction and the visual language. The essence of these visuals was to transport the viewers into an imaginary world, creating a sense of curiosity, optimism and discovery.
The character
I designed the central character that appears throughout all the visuals, creating a sense of continuity across the project. Conceived as an avatar it represents the desire to participate, explore and discover. A little shy, curious and always ready to explore.
The final character combines elements from all four concepts presented to the client.
The style
I chose a colorful visual style with strong noise and grain to add texture and depth. Even though the system is fully vector-based, the grain was intentionally used to reference traditional colored pencil texture, preserving an analog feeling within a digital process.
