Creative Approach
For this project, I refined and expanded the client's existing illustration style into a cohesive visual language that supported a close collaboration spanning nearly two years. The goal was to build a distinctive visual identity that set the brand apart from traditional consulting firms while transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging editorial illustrations.

Kick Off 2025
This illustration was created as a 2025 welcome cover, introducing new technologies and the worlds they open. The image is split in two, reflecting the balance between human-made work and what is still to be discovered through collaboration with technology and others.
Thoughts for Leaders
It is a digital publication that focuses on sharing perspectives on strategy, transformation and organizational performance. And I had the pleasure to illustrate around 10 articles every two weeks. Starting from the text, developed a series of sketches and concepts before arriving at the final illustration.
The starting point of the process
This illustration differs from the style that evolved later, it was created to demonstrate how original illustrations could replace stock imagery and give editorial content a more distinctive identity.
The style
Despite using a reduced, dark color palette, the style presented a real challenge. I worked with noise, grain and distressed lines to add texture and depth, combining a pencil-like quality with a dreamlike atmosphere, together with graphic elements inspired by technology and data analysis.
